Honey Mustard Carrots

Ingredients
4 pkg. baby carrots, julienned2 tbl. dijon mustard1/4 cup honeydash cayenne peppersalt & pepper to taste
Directions
blanch carrots until crisp tender, place in slow cooker
bring honey and mustard to a boil, add in seasonings and pour over carrots
Heat thoroughly in crock pot for at least 1 hour.
