Ingredients
bunch of kale, torn into smallish pieces - remove heavy spinolive oilcayenne peppersea salt
Directions
wash and tear kale into smallish pieces. Remove large spines. toss with Olive oil and spread onto baking sheet. try to not overlap pieces. Heat oven to 350F. Broil on top rack for about 5 minutes, turn over some of the pieces to ensure that they get equally dried, continue broiling another 3-4 minutes or until dried. Take care not to burn the kale. Toss with salt and cayenne pepper to taste.
