Coleslaw - Basic

Ingredients
* Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium * Light Mayonnaise, 1/2 cup * *apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cup * Carrots, raw, 2 medium *salt, pepper, pinch of sugar
Directions
Slice cabbage thinly.
Grate carrots and add to the cabbage.
Add all other ingredients and stir.
Makes 6 1-cup servings
(volume will decrease after coleslaw stands a few hours - servings are based on reduced volume)
