Ranch Potato Salad

Ingredients
3# Boiled Potatoes (skin on) diced and cooled1/2# raw baco Diced, fried, and thoroughly drained1C lite sour cream3/4C celery diced small3/4C yellow onion diced small1 PKT Hidden Valley Ranch dressing Mix3/4C non fat milk
Directions
Serves 12
3/4C per serving

Iin a large bowl mix ingrediants but pototaes well. Fold in potatoes carefully. Let stand in cooler for 2 hours. This can be served warm or cold.
