Sally's Simple Summer Salad

Ingredients
1 Cucumber, peeled and chopped 1 Green Pepper, chopped1 Red Pepper, chopped 2 c. Cherry Tomatoes, halved1 C. chopped Red Onion1/2 C chopped CilantroDressing:1 C. Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar*Splenda to taste
Directions
Toss veggies together.

Vigorously stir or shake vinegar and Splenda together; pour over veggies. Enjoy!
