Grilled Zucchini and Summer Squash

1 Zucchini1 Summer Squash2 Tbsp. Butter1 Garlic ClovePinch Black PepperDash Onion Powder
Makes 4 (1/2) cup servings.

Mix butter, garlic and seasonings in a small microwavable bowl and melt in the microwave for 45-60 seconds.
Cut zucchini and summer squash into 1/4" thick, length wise pieces, this is to keep the pieces large enough so they don't fall through the grill.
Brush the cut squashes with the butter mixture, then place each strip on the grill. Flip the squashes after four minutes. They should be cooked in eight minutes or cook as tender as you may like.
