Super Awesome Baked Falafel Balls

Ingredients
1 large can chickpeas, rinsed3 small carrots, peeled2 stalks celery1/4 cup green onion, chopped2 tsp lemon juice, or more to taste1-2 tsp chipotle pepper powder (optional, spicy!)1 tsp olive oil3 cloves garlic2 tbsp flour1/4 tsp baking soda1-2 tbsp cumin.5-1 tbsp curry powder
Directions
Mix everything in a food processor until almost smooth.

Roll into balls, I used a TBSP to help form the size.

Bake in the oven at 350 for 45-55 min. Should be a bit crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside.
