Super easy and came out great. Meat practically fell off the bone, when it was done. My one complaint is that the directions don't say what setting to have the cooker on. I assumed high, but it would have been nice to not have to guess. - 1/13/08

This smelled so wonderful, but the sauce didn't thicken up. It may be my fault though as I doubled the recipe for 4. It tasted great with a little of the honey barbeque sauce on the side though! We will definitely try this one again. - 3/27/07
