Ingredients
1 cup of Skim Milk3 tblsp of Parmesan Cheese3 oz Shrimp; cookedDash of Black Pepper3 tblsp Flour1/3 Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb Cheese3 oz Egg Noodles1 1/2 tblsp of Butter
Directions
On medium heat. Melt the butter in a small sauce pan. Add in LC Cheese, then flour and wisk together. Add milk gradually. Get rid of all the lumps, and stir in parmesan cheese. Let cool a little bit and enjoy!

    I liked it. I did reduce the milk a little bit (we like it less soupy) but overall VERY yummy. I'd make it again for sure - 10/4/10

    Bland, will not make again. If you want to try it, I would suggest adding some onions, bellpepper and garlic and a little Tony's or cajun seasoning. Saute in the butter before adding the rest of the ingredients. Also, I would not put quite as much milk. - 5/5/10
