1 cup of Skim Milk3 tblsp of Parmesan Cheese3 oz Shrimp; cookedDash of Black Pepper3 tblsp Flour1/3 Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb Cheese3 oz Egg Noodles1 1/2 tblsp of Butter
On medium heat. Melt the butter in a small sauce pan. Add in LC Cheese, then flour and wisk together. Add milk gradually. Get rid of all the lumps, and stir in parmesan cheese. Let cool a little bit and enjoy!
