turkey meatballs

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey4 sausage links casing removed1 egg1/4 cup organic ketchup1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix4 slices whole wheat bread. Put in food processor for bread crumbs1 package pureed frozen squash
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Add all ingredients and mix well until completely combined.
Shape into 2 inch meatballs
Place on baking sheet (I use a silpat)
Bake for about 30 minutes or until cooked through.
Serves 8
