cottage cheese veggie mix

Ingredients
1 cup of low fat small curd cottage cheese1/2 cup seedless cucumber (sliced thin)12 grape tomatoes (may be chopped in halves)1 tbsp sliced green scallions1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp chili powderlight sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste
Directions
combine all ingredients and chill
makes 2 servings
serving size 1 cup

can add another cup of cottage cheese if you don't like it so chunky but I prefer the veggies over the cottage cheese so I like mine this way!
