Pumpkin Pudding or Fruit Dip

1 16oz or 2 8oz Cool Whip Lite (Do not use Fat Free)1 15oz can Farmer's Market Organic Pumpkin or any Solid Packed Pumpkin (assuming the calories are the same)1 box (4 serving) of Sugar Free Instant French or Vanilla Pudding Mix1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie SpiceSometimes I add a scope of Protein Powder, but that is not in the nutritional breakdown
Mix pudding and pumpkin spice together in large bowl. Add pumpkin and stir until mixed really well. Add Cool Whip and fold or stir until mixed really well.
Put in fridge for about 3 hours or so to get good and cold and then enjoy!
*If making just for the family, I put the mixture back into the Cool Whip container and then toss it when it's empty.
