Gorgonzola Cheese & Pear Tart

1 Prepared graham cracker crust2 tbsp butter2 pears, cored, peeled and sliced lengthwise8 oz cream cheese at room temperature1/4 cup light cream4 oz Gorgonzola Cheese, divided
In a medium skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the pears and cook, turning occasionally, until golden and barely tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool.
In a medium bowl, whisk the cream cheese with the cream. Stir in half of the gorgonzola cheese. Spoon the cheese mixture into the crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remianing gorgonzola on top. Fan the pear slices over the cheese into a circular pattern. Serve at room temperature.
