Ingredients
1 tbsp of canola or sunflower oil1 small onion, finely chopped3/4 cup finely chopped mushrooms1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped14 counce can of cannellini beans, rinsed & drained & mashed1-2/3 cups breadcrumbs1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese1 tsp of dried mixed herbs1 egg yolkflouroil to based
Directions
~onions, mushrooms, peppers - are all finely chopped.
~cannellini beans, are mashed.
~After ingredients are mixed together, you form them into sausages, baste lightly with oil and roll in flour.
~Broil on a sheet of oiled foil over medium colas for 15-20 minutes... or fry them in a pan.
~Serve with a layer of fried onions.
