Foil Packed Taco Chicken

Ingredients
1 chicken breast1 tsp taco seasoning1/2 red potato2 tbsp salsa1 tbsp shredded cheddar
preheat oven to 400 degrees
sprinkle chcken with taco seasoning
place 1/2 cup sliced potatoes on foil sprayed with cooking spray
top with chicken, salsa, and cheese
bring up sides, double fold top fold and both ends to seal. Leave room for heat circulation
place packet in baking pan
bake 30 minutes and let packet sit for 5 minutes
cut slits in packet to allow steam to escape.
