Ingredients
Rince and scrub carrots, cut off ends with a sharp knifeRince fruit and peel orangesQuarter oranges and applesRemove pips and stalksPut through a juicer and enjoy.
Directions
Put all ingredients through a juicer after rincing, peeling if necessary and cutting into pieces that will fit the neck of your juicer.

This should give you around 8 big glasses of juice, around 10 to 12 smaller glasses.
