SPRAY NONSTICK SKILLET WITH COOKING SPRAY. SAUTÉ CELERY, BELL PEPPERS TOMATOES AND BEEF STICK. ADD WHIPPED EGGS AND COOK. ONCE EGGS ARE DONE, ADD CHEESE AND FLIP HALF OF OMELET OVER TO MELT CHEESE. SERVE IMMEDIATELY. SERVES 2
