Full Flavor and More Healthy Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
4 large shrimpJuice of one large lemon 1 tbsp Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt1 cup spaghetti squash
Directions
Bake a halved spaghetti squash at 350 degrees F for 20-30 mins. Allow to cool in temperature to be able to handle. On a platter, scrape the squash with a fork to create the "spaghetti."
In a small saute pan, pan sear the shrimp to cooked on medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice and Brummel and Brown spread. Allow to melt and cover shrimp lightly.
Place shrimp on spaghetti squash and pour sauce on top of platter.
