1 box Yellow Cake mix (I used Aldis)2 packets Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal, cinnamon flavor2T oil1 1/2 C water, I ended up using 2 C as my batter was too thick.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Line cupcake pans with liners. Scoop batter into liners, filling 1/3 full. Bake 15-18 minutes. Mine took 18, but my aunt said hers took about 15. Just keep an eye on them. Also, you can use other oatmeal flavors if you like.
My aunt gets 24 cupcakes, I got 22, so I figured serving size based on 22.
