Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"Garlic, 1 cloves365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 3.5 cupBeans, black, 1.75 cupPumpkin, cooked, 2 cup, mashedChili powder, 1.5 tbspNutmeg, ground, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspTurkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz
Put everything in a crock pot on high for 4 hours or on low for 8. You can also make this in a pan but sauteing the veggies and turkey in a little bit of olive oil, then adding the canned ingredients and simmering for 20 minutes.
