Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
16 oz sour cream2 4 oz cans of diced green chiles1 15 oz can of green enchilada sauce2 10 oz cans of white chicken meat1 16 oz bag of mexican mix shredded cheeseWhole wheat tortillas
Directions
Mix ingredients together in large bowl. Save 2/3 of the enchilada sauce, 1/2 the sour cream and 1/2 the cheese. Fill tortillas with mixture and place in baking dish. Cover filled enchiladas with remainder of the enchilada sauce, sour cream and cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serving size: 2 enchiladas
