Pepper Kabobs

Ingredients
1 green pepper, roughly chopped1 yellow pepper, roughly chopped1 red pepper, roughly chopped15 whole baby portabellas5 kabob skewersPam cooking spray
Directions
On skewers, layer vegetables with a portabella in the middle and on either end. Spray finished skewers with a very light coating of Pam. Grill about 15 minutes, turning halfway through. Makes 5 on average.
