Roasted Peppers Onions and Portabella Musrooms

Ingredients
2 Bell Peppers, sliced6 oz sliced Potabello mushrooms1 large Onion, sliced1 tsp garlic powder2 tbsp olive oilsalt and pepper
Directions
Lay out 2 sheets of aluminum foil, judge size by amount of veggies, make sure you have enough to wrap veggies so juices will not leak out.

Divide veggies between the two foil packets
Sprinkle the garlic powder on top of the veggies
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Wrap packages tightly, keep them a bit flat for even cooking
Place on grill or in 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes
