Apple Crisp

Filling5 cups all-purpose apples, peeled, cored and cubed1/2 cup white sugar1/2 tablespoon all-purpose flour1 teaspoon ground cinnamon8 tbsp maple syrupCrumbs 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup packed brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon1 tbsp icing sugar1/2 stick butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degree C).
Place the apples in a medium mxing bowl. Add the white sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and ground cinnamon.
Using a large wooden spoon mix the apples so they are evenly coated with the cinnamon, sugar flour mixture.
Divide coated apples into 8 ramekins.Pour 1 tbsp maple syrup evenly over each.
Combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter together. Crumble evenly over each apple mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 30 minutes.
