1 Slice Soft Silken Tofu2 T Cocoa Powder1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1 oz Light Chocolate Soy Milk, your favorite brandTiny pinch of salt (opt.)
Throw everything in a blender or food processor and whir the hell out of it.
Or, if you're lazy like me, take out your immersion blender that you're supposed to use to make super-healthy smoothies and blend it all in the bowl you intend to eat it from.
Just remember to unplug the blender before you lick it clean...
