Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
One chicken breast, cut into cubesEVOO3 T Garlic, minced1 cup raw onions, chopped1 bunch fresh broccoli1 cup fresh cauliflower1 bell pepper, any color, diced1 sm. can water chestnuts, drained1 sm. bag frozen sugar snap peas2 tbsp cornstarch1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 T honey2 t ground ginger2 t garlic powder1 t salt1 t pepper1/2 package rice noodles, cookedChow Mein noodles
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Dice all vegetables and add to skillet. Allow to cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

Place cubed chicken and corn starch in a resealable bag and shake to coat. Add to vegetables and let cook about 5-10 minutes until cooked through.

In the meatime, mix together soy sauce, honey, worcestershire, garlic powder and ground ginger. Add to vegetables and chicken.

Serve stir fry over rice noodles and top with chow mein noodles.
