Banana Nut Cake

Ingredients
.5 cup butter, softened1.5 cups sugar2 eggs, beaten3 ripe bananas, mashed.5 cup chopped pedans.25 cup buttermilk2 cups flour.5 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs, ashed bananas, pecans, and buttermilk. Mix dry ingredients and add to banana mixture. Pour into a greased bundt pan, or a 9" x 13" pan. Bake aqat 325 for 1 hour.

When cool, cake can be iced with banana nut icing. We prefer no icing.
