Spicy Bistro Steak Subs

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter2 garlic cloves, minced1-1/2 pound thinly sliced lean deli roast beef2 tablespoons ketchup4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce1/2 teaspoon dried basil1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper1 (12 ounce) can dark beer
Directions
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic; suate 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve beef on hoagie roll (not in calorie count) and use sauce for dipping.
