2 Cups Sugar2 Cups Flour4 tsp Baking Powder1/2 Cup Unsweetened Baking Cocoa1/2 Cup Chocolate Nesquick Powder1 Cup Hazelnuts, ground1 Cup Mineral water or tap water1 Cup Oil5 Eggs
Sift together sugar, flour, baking powder, baking cocoa and nesquick, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix on low to medium just until the everything is blended well.
* Over mixing will cause cake to be dry and crumbly.
Grease and flour 2 - 9x5x2 loaf pans and pour mixture evenly in to them.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Makes 20 servings (1/2 inch pieces)
