Introduction

My grandmother's recipe. I started making this with my mom when I was 4 or 5. The fun part is mixing the dry portion with your fingers (mixer can be used). My grandmother's recipe. Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    DRY MIXTURE:
    2 Cups Flour
    1-1/2 Cups Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 Stick Butter

    Mix above ingredients with hands (OK to use mixer)
    Take out 1/2 Cup - Save for Top

    ADD:
    2 Eggs
    3/4 Cup Milk
    1 tsp Vanilla

Tips

Enjoy with butter on top and coffee or milk


Directions

Put batter in floured 9 X 13 floured pan
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of dry mixture (Saved earlier)
evenly on top
Sprinkle cinnamon on top
Bake at 375 Deg for 30 minutes

Serving Size: Make (20) 2X3 pieces
