Ingredients
100 g Cornflour25 g chickpes (gram flour)2 Tbsp Tapioca Flour1 large egg1/4 tsp saltfresh ground pepper375 ml wateroil for frying pan/griddle
Directions
sift dry ingredients
add beaten egg
slowly mix in water

on a heated griddle spray on some oil and then mix the batter (should be quite runny like a crepe batter) and ladle on to grill - cook untill done and then flip
