clean oatmeal and apricot cookies

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup quaker oats 1/2 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp ground flax seed meal1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 cup agave nectar or honey1 egg white2 tsp olivio margarine 5 dried apricots, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all wet ingredients then add dry ingredients. Put on cookie sheet and flatten with a wet hand. Bake for 9-10 minutes. Makes 19 1 tbsp servings.
