Lentil & Rice casserole

Ingredients
3 cups cooked brown Lentils. (measured after cooking)3 cups cooked brown rice. (measured after cooking)2 cups chopped onions, sauteed in a non-stick skillet3 cloves garlic1/2 cup mild Pace Chunky salsa2 cup Ragu spaghetti sauce, sugar free.
Directions
Place cooked lentils in a bowl and mash with a potato masher. Add rice, cooked onions, garlic and salsa. Add half of the spaghetti sauce reserving the other half to cover the top. Put in a greased casserole dish. Bake in a 350˚ oven for one hour. Serve hot. If you use a 9 X 13 pan it will make 9 servings.
