Ingredients
Pears or Apples, fresh, 1 cup thin slices (peeled and cored)Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, 2 tablespoons*Whole Wheat Pastry Flour-1 Tablespoon*Brown Sugar, Dark 1 tablespoon packedButter, salted, 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 teaspoonFresh grated nutmeg, to taste*Fit & Active Fat Free Whipped Topping, 2 tbsp
Directions
Place thinly sliced pears or apples in oven-proof dish or custard cup.
Mix together all other ingredients (except whipped topping). Sprinkle on top choice of fruit. Place in microwave for 2-2 1/2 minutes or bake in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.

I microwaved mine for 1-1/2 minutes, then baked in toaster oven for 5 minutes to crisp the topping. It is very hot, so let crisp cool for a few minutes before eating--if you can wait that long.

    This was absolutely delicious! I can't have dairy so I made it with Earth Balance butter and it was still great. I didn't measure the pear, I just used 1 whole pear. Great! - 11/8/10

    I made this without flour- forgot it and it was amazing! I did pear with maple and brown sugar oatmeal, a smidge of brown sugar, cinamon,and applesaue- it was so good! - 8/21/12
