2 fl oz cooking wine, sherry2 tbsp balsamic vinegar3 tsp granulated sugar1 tsp sesame oil16 cups shredded lettuce1 medium thinly sliced pear1 cup sliced strawberries1 small red onion,thinly sliced1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled, not packed
