Bean and Cheese Tostada

Ingredients
1 Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed1 Tsp garlic1 Tsp Ground Cumin1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded1 Cup Salsa10 Tostada shells
Directions
In a food processor, blend beans, garlic and cumin until smooth. Heat in a microwave for 1 minute or until warm. Spread a tablespoon of the bean mixture over tostada shell. Top with 1 tablespoon salsa and a pinch of cheese.
Makes 10 tostadas.
