I grew up with this recipe that my Grandmother used to make for me. It has always been a family favorite even though I don't know if I would have tried it on my own. Ingredients

    avocado
    1 tsp. Lawry's Seasoning Salt
    .5 oz. lime or lemon juice
    2 cups cottage cheese

Directions

Cut open avocado, scrape out meat and mash with fork. Add other ingredients and mix. Serve immediately with fresh vegetables or crackers or corn chips.

    Not bad, I had to add some other things. And I had to change things around. Like ricotta cheese for the cottage cheese. I have more avocados than anyone on the street. Lol. Thanks - 7/14/14
