    1 cup soymilk
    1.5 tbsp maple syrup
    1 tsp sugar
    sprinkle cinnamon
    1/8 tsp vanilla

Directions

whir all ingredients in a blender until well blended and frothy. serve warm or over ice.

    Incredible!
    I used basmati rice, which I had on hand. This recipe definitely has more of a soy flavor, but it's still delicious. - 8/18/10

    Do you suppose brown rice would work for this recipe? My kids will be so excited. They love horchata but it's so expensive to purchase commercially. Can't wait to try it! - 5/14/10
