1 pk. ground turkey3 cans of heinz beans in tomato sauce or maple.1 can of kidney beans1 can of black beans1can of sweet corn1can of mushrooms1medium green sweet pepper chopped1 medium red sweet peper chopped2 stalks of celery chopped 2 medium onions chopped 3-4 cloves of garlic chopped2 tbs. chili powder1 tbs. oregano dried.2 tbs. tomato paste2 tbs. olive oil for frying turkey and onion
fry ground turkey in olive oil, once browned add in onion til caramelized. once this is done you can go ahead and add the chili powder and oregano just toss then add peppers, garlic be sure not to over cook garlic otherwise it'll become bitter. Then add mushrooms, tomato paste toss well in pot. add celery and corn. stir well. add all cans of beans. stir. LET STEW ON LOW HEAT INBETWEEN 4-5 FOR THOSE WITH DIAL STOVES. OTHERWISE IN BETWEEN LOW-MED.
Once turkey is browned you can through the whole lot in a crock pot for the afternoon.
