4 Bean Apple Salad

Ingredients
1 can Garbanzo Beans, drained and washed1 can Pinto Beans, drained and washed1 can Black Beans, drained and washed1 can Kidney Beans, drained and washed2 apples, diced2 tomatoes, diced1/2 cup shredded cheeseDressing:1/4 cup olive oil2 tbsp. frozen apple juice concentrate2 tbsp. apple cidar vinegar2 tbsp. sugar
Directions
Mix together dressing in seperate bowl with whisk.

In large bowl, mix all beans, tomato and apples together. Toss in dressing and refrigerate.
