Tahini-Tamari Salad Dressing

Ingredients
Basic Ingredients:Tahini, 4-6 tbspTamari/Soy Sauce 3-4 tbspOnions, raw, 1/2 of 1 largePeppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped OR 1/8 cup PaprikaGarlic, 2-4 clovesKim Chi/Kim Chee, 1/3 cup-1/2 cupLemon Juice, yield of 2-3 fresh lemonsSalt, 1-3 tspCarrier:Olive oil (Pure, not EVOO) or waterOptional:Worcestershire Sauce, 2 TbspBrazil Nut, a handful (6-8 nuts)Sunflower Seeds, 1/2 cupMiso (Sweet White), 1/8 cup
Directions
Toss all in a blender, add water or olive oil (pure, not extra virgin) as necessary for consistency. Oil tastes better and sticks to leaves better, but water produces a lower-fat end product. Adjust proportions and seasonings to taste as you go along.
Serving size is a rough guess for moderate-large sized salads. It makes about a quart-ish of dressing.
