Beef Pot Roast

Ingredients
About 1 lb Beef Roast (Recipe uses 19 oz)3 Medium Potatoes1 Stalk Celery2 Carrots1/2 c chopped Onion1/2 c Watersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop all ingredients. I chopped all the vegetables into slightly-chunky bite size pieces, and the roast into about 1" cubes. Mix in crockpot. Add water. Turn on low and cook for 8 hours.

Makes 4 servings (I had two servings.... It's yummy.)
