Directions
oatmeal, dried cranberries, pinch of brown sugar and sprinkles of sliced almonds.
Boil 1 cup of water. Slowly add 1/2 cup of oatmeal and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 2-3 minutes while oatmeal thickens. Serve topped with cranberries, pinch of brown sugar, and sprinkle sliced almonds for a great nutritional addition. Perfect breakfast idea for those rushed mornings.

This is delicious, but as I'm assuming the fat comes from the almonds it would be nice to know how much are actually going in the recipe so I know that the nutritional info is correct when I add it to my nutritional tracker! Thanks though...I will just add the ingredients in separately! - 1/12/08
