* Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) * *Corn Oil, 2 tbsp * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped * Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Pureed Tomatoes, 1 cup * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp * Garlic, 8 cloves
Take a baking tray ,just coat with oil,put cauliflower florets and put in preheated oven at 200 deg C for 30 mins.
In another nonstick pan add 1 tblsp oil,sute onions till brown.Add Garlic chopped,green chillies chopped,turmeric powder,cumin seeds,salt,tomato paste 1 tsp and saute wll.Add above cauliflower to this,mix well and cook on low flame for 4 mins.Serve..
