Wheat Pita Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup warm water1 tbsp honey, dissolved into water1 packet rapid rise yeast1.5 cups whole wheat flour1.5 cups white flour1 tsp salt1.5 cups warm water2 tbsp honey for flavor.5 flour (if needed)
Directions
Makes about 12 pita pockets. (cut each one in half to make the sandwich
Combine yeast ingredients, let yeast foam (about 10 minutes).
Mix together the flour, salt, honey, water, and yeast mixture.
Let it raise, covered, for about an hour
Divide dough into 12 balls, roll each one out to about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake at 450 for 5-7 minutes.
