Ingredients
Lean ground beef cooked(8oz)chopped carrots (1 cup)chopped celery (1 cup)spagetti sauce (1 26oz can or 3 cup)kidney beans drain/rinsed (1 can or 2 cups)pinto beans drain/rinsed (1 can or 2 cups)beef broth (1 can or 2 cups)diced tomatos and onions (1 can or 1.5 cup)oregano (1 tbs)parsley (1 tbs)tabasco (1 tsp)
Directions
Put everything in the pot simmer until carrots and celery are tender (about 45 min)
Makes 14 one cup servings
Can be eaten alone or served over your choice of pasta.
