Yogurt, Cucumber & Mint dressing

Ingredients
150 grams low fat plain yogurt1 medium peeled cucumber10 mint leavesminced garlic if desired2-3 drops lemon juice if desired
Directions
Peel cucumber, slice and add to blender or food processor.
Add mint leaves and pulse until pureed'.
Add yogurt and mix until thoroughly blended.

You can add finely minced garlic and a couple drops lemon juice if desired.

Makes about 1 cup dressing.

I guess 1 serving is maybe 1-2 tablespoons.
