Tamale Pie Bake

Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped1 large green bell pepper, chopped1 cup cornmeal1 cup corn2 cups canned (drained) or fresh tomatoes2 cups soymilk1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon ground cumin1 tablespoon McKay's chicken style seasoning1 can whole olives
Directions
Makes 8 servings. Preheat oven to 350.
1. Saute onion and bell pepper in a little water.
Add cornmeal, corn, tomatoes and soymilk, cook on low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into pam-sprayed casserole dish and bake one hour at 350. This freezes well.
