BBQ side veggies

Ingredients
2 baby zucchini2 small crookneck yellow squash2 med potatoes1 lg red pepper2 tsp minced garlic4 tsp margarine
Directions
Cut all vegetables into large chunks. Mix all together to get a good variety in each serving. Place 2 cups mixture on a foil square (I use foil wrappers). Add 1/2 tsp garlic to each packet, and top with 1 tsp margarine. Fold foil packets closed, and place on grill for 15-20 min. or until tender. Makes 8 1 cup servings, but I usually make a packet for each person.
