Grilled Teriyaki Tuna

Ingredients
* Yellowfin Tuna, 4 steaks * Teriyaki Sauce, 2 tbsp * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp * Garlic, 4 cloves minced * ground black pepper * Lemon wedges
Directions
Mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic and pepper.
Add tuna into mixture, marinade for 30 minutes.
Grill tuna for 5-10 minutes.
Squeeze lemon upon serving.

Makes 4 tuna steaks.

    Good marinade! I added some minced ginger and served it with a pineapple/jalapeno salsa. - 7/8/11
